A New Vision for Workspace Design
For the new Milan studio of MONOGRID, MONOTILE's parent agency known for pioneering interactive and digital experiences for global fashion and luxury brands, we redefined the workspace into a dynamic environment that shifts from a traditional office to a set for special showcases, artistic collaborations, and events – a statement on using design to connect technology, art, and community.
Architecture Meets Digital Innovation
The studio concept is rooted in a versatile approach to architecture integrated with digital innovation. Its layout, designed around a central environment, progresses from the public street-side windows, which also double as temporary digital art showcases – a visual conversation with the surrounding city – to more private work and meeting areas. The entire space also serves as an ever-evolving showroom for MONOGRID's most exciting R&D projects.
From Workspace to Showcase and More
The reversible nature of the different stations and installations enables quick transitions from an office setting to exhibition areas and event setups. The counter element serves a triple role: reception, DJ station, and bar epitomizing the commitment to multifunctional and innovative design.
Visual Identity Narratives
Street artist Luca Rancy's graffiti injects a further burst of personality into the space. Dominated by shades of blue – now a hallmark of the agency – these artworks weave a visual narrative that captures the energy and vision driving the MONOGRID project.
